Turnaround Time
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not have set turnaround times. Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project and our current print schedule. We can provide an estimated turnaround time with a quote and a more accurate turnaround time upon order confirmation.
The quoted turnaround time begins once we receive your written approval of the pre-press PDF proof and have received a deposit. Turnaround time is measured in business days and does not include any shipping time.
If you have a specific delivery date, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pre-press Proofs
We will email you a PDF proof of your order for approval before printing. We allow for two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Any further revisions will be charged at $25.00 / €25.00 per round.
We will proceed with printing only after receiving your written approval.
Cancellation

Orders canceled before a proof has been issued are eligible for a 25% refund.

Orders canceled after a proof has been issued are eligible for a 50% refund.

Orders canceled after proof approval are non-refundable.
If your order does not meet our usual high standards or if we make an error after proof approval, we will offer to reprint and replace your order.
Complaints regarding personalized orders must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt.
Payment & Security
All prices are in USD ($) or EUR (€) and exclude VAT, customs duties, and any applicable import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties required by their country.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to begin your order, and the remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
We only accept bank transfers. Please reference your invoice or order number when making a payment.
We do not accept checks, debit cards, or credit card payments. We do not store any credit card details, and any payment information provided will be used solely for processing your order. We will not share your details with any third party unless required by law.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if payment authorization cannot be obtained.
Delivery Information
All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
We make every effort to deliver orders within the stated time. However, we are not responsible for any loss or consequential damages due to late or non-delivery caused by carriers or courier delays beyond our control. Please contact us in a reasonable time frame if your order has not been delivered.
For international orders, import duties and local taxes may apply, and buyers are responsible for any such charges.
Returns Information

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom items unless they are defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
